  1. Your site "Loving Marilyn" is just wonderful! With some much valued information on America's favorite star. I'm a singer/songwriter and also a Marilyn Monroe tribute artist ,a long with Stevie Nicks. Your section on "Marilyn's Songs" is entertaining to me. I'm also running a private group on face book called "Friends who like Goodnight Marilyn" Love to see you there, xx hugs from Melinda Neal

  3. I enjoyed your site. I love finding all things MM especially those that honor her. I was wondering how you feel about Marilyn's official cause of death according to the LA Coroner's Office? I see lots of unanswered questions and some frankly unbelievable scenarios in that regard. Thanks.

  4. Great website (thank you) about a great talent - not to mention beauty! She was a serious actress, I believe - and a very good one.
See my page on her (click website) - and also her relationship with Olivier while making The Prince & The Showgirl:

  7. OVER THE PAST YEAR IVE GROWN TO PURCHASE SO MANY OF HER SHIRTS FOR THE QUOTES AND HER BEAUTIFUL FACE. WHILE WEARING THEM PROUDLY IVE BEEN ASKED FROM TIME TO TIME WHY DO YOU WEAR CLOTHING THAT REPERSENT HER AND HER SAYINGS WHEN SHE WAS NOTHING BUT A WHO*RE....WHICH LEAD ME TO RESEARCH HER MORE...AND THE MORE I DID THE MORE I LOVED HER. AND THEN AFTER WATCHING THE LIFETIME
"THE SECRET LIFE OF MERILYN MONRORE" I SAW A LOST AND HURT LITTLE GIRL WITHIN THE GROWN AND BEAUTIFUL WOMAN THAT SHE HAD BECOME WHOM ONLY WANTED TO BE TRULY LOVED AND ACCEPTED FOR WHO SHE WAS. SOME OF HER CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES I CAN RELATE TO AND UNDERSTAND HOW IT CAN DAMAGE A WOMAN MENTALY. SO REGARDLESS OF WHAT SOME SHE HER AS OR THINK SHE WAS
"I THINK SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL, SMART,AND TRULY AHEAD OF HER TIME"

  8. She was a very interesting person and I hate that she was taken away too soon. she was hurt by so many people, she had a very big heart. all she wanted was for someone to actually love her and be truly there for her and believe in her and not hurt her emotionally or physically. She was very intelligent. I cry everytime see a documentary of her life or read about her. Love you Marilyn, Always

  12. I've been a Marilyn Monroe fan, since my sister's best friend told me I resembled young Norma Jeane. I just laughed, but found myself becoming more and intrigued when a few more people told me I looked like her before Marilyn became blonde. 30 years later I still can't get enough of Marilyn! I was born exactly 5 days after her death. 8/10/1962....Love you Marilyn!

  15. The last page of Losing Marilyn section would not load. I was surprised to learn about her dying the same day the "not too nice" housekeeper was being dismissed. I can't believe she wasn't charged with anything. Shame. Thank you for the well written site. I wish I could have read the rest of the timeline of the day of her death. Also interesting that she planned to remarry Joe, who obviously was always in her corner, but took her awhile to fully trust and believe in him.
